![]() Well i did say looked through, to read them all properly would have taken too long, be assured i have looked through numbers 202 to 216 inclusive i did say all. I realise most Mill's of this size are made in China, this one is made right here in Europe, so the the confusion is not unusual. ![]() I should have mentioned that the Optmum BF16 Vario is a Milling Machine, its the smallest that Optimum make and has variable speed control. Hi Raymond, at least you found some plans, I had to design my own, then build it, took most of a afternoon, but had to do it as my arm and shoulder hade seized up, and I couldn't crank any more. ![]() The big question is, will you ever find an excuse to read issues 202 to 216? So, I googled it, and found out that it's a machine that is found about 8,000km from me, and I'd assume, the same and further away for many others on this forum. Glad you found the answer you were looking for, but until 30 seconds ago I had not found the answer to your thread title - my question was, on reading your thread title: "what's an Optimum BF16 Vario?" Yes i did enjoy looking through ALL of the MEW's since 1990 number 1. I have looked through ALL of the back issues and low and behold number 201 April 2013 i found what i was looking for. Thanks to all 182 readers who took the time to have a look at my thread, as i have only just started recieving the MEW with number 217 i had no idea what i might find in back issues. ![]() I have seen several on youtube but no one explains the building of such a device. Can someone tell me where i can get a set of plans for a Power Feed for my Optimum milling machine. ![]()
